Pay & Growth

* Starting pay: ₪50/hour
* Promotions based on performance
* Senior team members earn up to ₪75/hour
* Leadership and management opportunities available

What We Do

Our work includes:

* Residential home cleaning
* Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
* Deep cleans
* Move-in / move-out cleans
* Building and common area cleaning
* Specialized cleaning projects using professional equipment

Every day is different, and you’ll have opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as the company grows.

Requirements

✅ Legal right to work in Israel
✅ Fluent English
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing cleaning work
