Testimonial:

We made the decision to pursue buying a home in Israel BEFORE making Aliyah, which was definitely a more unusual daunting, and overwhelming way to go about things! There were so many differences in the process and procedures here in Israel, and trying to navigate it all from overseas was no small feat.

We had spoken with several real estate agents who left us feeling discouraged, often sending us homes that were completely out of our budget or not even in the areas we were looking for. We started to feel like the whole endeavor was just an impossible feat. And then we met Donny Fein!

From the very beginning Donny was kind, patient, encouraging, and so easy to work with. He really held our hands through the entire process (which we definitely needed!). He listened to what we were looking for, sent us homes that we actually fit our need, and was always honest about both the pros and cons. He even helped connect us with people in the neighberhoods so we could get a better feel for the areas and do our research from afar.

When we found our home, Donny helped us navigate the negotiations, worked to get us a fair price, and gave us realistic expectations about what to expect along the way. He was always available to answer question, smooth out any wrinkles, and help us figure things out.

And beyond all the real estate advice, there was definitely some free therapy and lots of chizuk along the way! There were plenty of moments when buying a home in a new country while preparing to move our family across the world felt completely overwhelming and maybe just a little crazy. Donny was always there with a positive attitude, reassurance, and a willingness to help.

We are truly grateful to Donny for helping us turn what initally felt impossible into a reality. We appreciated not only his professionalism and knowledge but also his kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help us find the right home for our family.

We couldn't recommend Donny and Elite Realty more highly!
