HaGefen Realty was founded by Gavriel Weinberg in January 2000, in the wake of the surge of Aliya to Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem.  Gavriel, a native of Los Angeles, CA, received his Israeli real estate license in 1999.  He previously worked for national real estate firms including Anglo Saxon, Reshef Nechasim and Keller Williams. Gavriel’s wife, Tova Bryna (neé Simon), a native of Toronto, Canada, joined up with Gavriel as a real estate consultant in 2005, and received her Israeli Real Estate Licensing in January 2006. Before beginning her career in real estate, Tova co-founded Connections Magazine, an English consumer guide to serve the growing English speaking population of Beit Shemesh.
